The Tool For Connecting TIGE and the EZTige Form

The XTige program is used to exchange data between the MRNF's TIGE program and the EZTige entry form. The data is exchanged in XForêt format usable by the form. XTige enables the exchange of data on Sampling Units (SU), Sample Plots (SP), Stems (ST), Clusters of Micro Regeneration Plots (MRP) and Skidtrail Spacing (SS).

To facilitate validation in the field, the value ranges of forest management unit, various tree species, sylvicultural cutting treatment codes, and the table of participants can be exported to EZTige.

A digital sample plan (Shape file) can also be associated so a coordinate can be assigned to each sample plot. XTige will extract the plot coordinates from the sample plan if they do not exist in TIGE.
